How we work

Three steps, no surprises

Switching accountants should feel lighter, not heavier. Here is how we bring you on board.

  1. Step 01

    A proper conversation

We learn how your business or household runs, what is overdue and what keeps you up at night.

  2. Step 02

    A fixed, written scope

You receive a clear outline of what we will do and the agreed fee before any work begins.

  3. Step 03

    A steady rhythm

Records arrive, books are kept, deadlines are met, and you hear from us before anything is due.

Questions

Before you get in touch

The things people usually ask in the first conversation.

Is it difficult to switch from my current accountant?

Not usually. With your permission we contact your previous accountant for the handover and take it from there, so you do not have to chase paperwork yourself.

My records are a mess. Can you still help?

Yes. Many new clients arrive with a shoebox of receipts. We start by catching up on what is outstanding, then set up a simple routine so it does not happen again.

Which accounting software do you use?

We work with the common cloud bookkeeping tools and can recommend one if you are starting fresh. If you already have a system that works, we will fit around it.

How do fees work?

Fees are fixed and agreed in writing before work begins, based on the scope we outline together. If your needs change, we talk first and adjust the scope openly.

Enquire

Tell us where things stand

A few details are enough to get started. We read every enquiry and reply personally.

  1. We review your note and any deadlines you mention.
  2. We reply to arrange a short introductory conversation.
  3. You receive a written scope and fixed fee to consider.

We only use your details to reply to this enquiry.
